Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be sent to the return address provided after your request is approved.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
